Reference clause 5.11.1 of the APTTA Constitution, election for the session 2021 will be held as per the given schedule for the following constituencies.

1. President
2. Vice President
3. General Secretary
4. Joint Secretary
5. Information Secretary
6. Finance Secretary
7. Executive Member Punjab
8. Executive Member Sindh
9. Executive Member Balochistan
10. Executive Member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
11. Executive Member Islamabad
12. Executive Member Gilgit-Baltistan
13. Executive Member Azad Jammu and Kashmir

An online meeting of APTTA election commission (EC) convened on Friday, March 05, 2021. Following election commission members participated in the meeting:

1. Dr. Shaista Shahzad, Chief Election Commissioner
2. Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed, Deputy Election Commissioner
3. Dr. Rehana Kousar, Chief Presiding Officer
4. Dr. Majid Jamal Khan, Deputy Presiding Officer
5. Dr. Noman Khan, Deputy Presiding Officer

Following agenda items were discussed and decisions taken unanimously:

• Nomination of Contestants: March 22, 2021 is the last date for nomination of candidates.
• Meeting for Scrutiny of Nomination Forms: March 23, 2021.
• Final List of Nomination: March 24, 2021.
• Withdrawal of Nominations/Anomalies Resolution: March 26, 2021.
• Final List of Candidates: March 27, 2021.
• Election Date: April 04, 2021.
